EXPOSED: Top 5 Most Expensive Properties Owned By President Mnangagwa
Apr 13, 2025
President Emmerson Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe is known for his extensive wealth, particularly his ownership of numerous high-value properties. Although the full extent of his assets remains largely undisclosed, here are five of his most prominent holdings:
1. Lavish Mansion in Harare
Mnangagwa is developing a grand mansion in Hellensville, one of Harare’s upscale suburbs. Spanning about 25,000 square meters, the property includes eight cluster houses. A Chinese construction firm has been overseeing the development for over five years. The mansion's scale and opulence position it among the priciest private estates in the country.
2. Precabe Farm in Kwekwe
Situated near Sherwood in Kwekwe, Precabe Farm is a notable agricultural asset owned by Mnangagwa. Acquired during the 2002 land reform program, the farm boasts a herd of over 2,000 cattle. Reports claim that at least two cows are slaughtered each week to feed farm workers, underscoring Mnangagwa’s significant involvement in commercial agriculture.
3. Villa Zimbabwe in Equatorial Guinea
This luxurious residence, known as “Villa Zimbabwe,” is located in Equatorial Guinea and is believed to have been gifted to Mnangagwa by President Teodoro Obiang Nguema. The property highlights strong diplomatic ties between the two nations. However, limited details about the villa’s features and the circumstances of the gift have sparked debate about political transparency.
