Allie Beth Allman has always been willing to open up to future generations about her formula for success, in real estate and otherwise.

Indeed, the founder and executive director of Allie Beth Allman & Associates – long among the ranks of the top-producing real estate brokerages in Dallas – always has focused on being a role model for others, whether it’s new agents at the brokerage or young people just starting to learn about business.

For those efforts Allman has been inducted into the Junior Achievement (JA) Dallas Business Hall of Fame.

Speaking at the induction ceremony, Allman said the key ingredients to her success have been a positive attitude, hard work and respect for others.

“Business success is not easy. It has to be earned,” she said. “I hope we can inspire young people to embrace these principles, so they can be successful in their lives.

“That is the mission of Junior Achievement, inspiring and preparing young people for success in a global economy. We should continue to support them.”

Allman said she feels like “the luckiest person in the world,” not only because of her business success, but also for the people she has been associated with: her colleagues, friends and, most importantly, her family.
