* Big House in Harare: Mnangagwa is building a huge house in Hellensville, a rich area in Harare. The land is about 25,000 square meters, and it includes eight smaller houses. A Chinese construction company has been building it for more than five years. This house is very large and luxurious, making it one of the most expensive private homes in the country.

* Precabe Farm in Kwekwe: Near Sherwood in Kwekwe, Mnangagwa owns a big farm called Precabe Farm. He got this farm during the land reform program in 2002. The farm has over 2,000 cows.
