Sadly, Lowe's Archery Emporium is yet to set up a store in Ashenfall. This means you'll need to craft the bow yourself and there's a number of requirements to meet in RuneScape: Dragonwilds before you do so.

If you want to craft a bow in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, you first need to build a Spinning Wheel. This recipe will unlock after you've picked Flax for the first time. Flax can be easily found in the Bramblemead Valley and Temple Woods. We found that the village ruins in Bramblemead to be an excellent place to find Flax. Just keep an eye out for the blue plant and, don't worry, it will grow back after a couple of days.

A Spinning Wheel must be placed in a shelter and requires the following items:

12 Ash Logs

4 Flax

2 Stone

We highly recommend picking some extra Flax as you've got another step to go before you can start bow crafting. Namely, you'll need to use the Spinning Wheel to create at least one Coarse Thread. Simply pop some Flax on your Spinning Wheel and wait for it to be created. You only need one Flax to make one Coarse Thread, but you'll need more to make your bow.
