Roman Reigns drops shock WWE retirement hint just days before huge WrestleMania 41 triple threat match

ROMAN REIGNS has dropped a shock retirement hint - just days before WrestleMania.
The Tribal Chief is set to take on CM Punk and Seth Rollins in an eagerly anticipated Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas this weekend.
But the 39-year-old seemingly has one eye on retirement ahead of the Showcase of the Immortals.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, he said: "After I finish the contract that I'm in, we probably got another year or two max.
"Then it's time to take on a less physical form of entertainment."
Six-time WWE champ Reigns has dialled back his schedule since inking a lucrative new deal with wrestling's top promotion in 2022.
Reigns, who has wrestled 1,373 matches in his career, only took to the ring six times in 2024.
His potential transition into the "less physical form of entertainment" could be a switch to acting.
He already has experience in Hollywood, having starred in 'The Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw'.
Reigns featured in the film along with his cousin and fellow WWE icon, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

Reign's comments on a potential earlier-than-expected retirement shouldn't come as a surprise to wrestling fans.
The fan favourite contemplated calling it a day during the Covid-19 pandemic when changes to his character seemed like a nigh-on impossibility.
