Police and paramedics were called to the scene on Market Place, in Oldham, to reports for the concern for a welfare of a woman who died inside a Primark store on a popular high street

Emergency services, including police and paramedics, were called to the Market Place store in Oldham, Greater Manchester after receiving reports concerning a woman's welfare.
Eyewitnesses recounted seeing the area outside the store being sealed off by law enforcement officers, following reports of a woman falling ill within the premises. An air ambulance was dispatched to the scene, landing in the nearby Sainsbury's supermarket car park, with paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service also in attendance.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed that a 60-year-old woman had suffered a medical episode and was subsequently pronounced dead. No additional details have been disclosed at this time, reports the Manchester Evening News.
The cordon remained in place as emergency personnel responded to the incident. The circumstances surrounding the incident are not believed to be suspicious.
