Eddie Hall makes his return to in-ring competition on Saturday night and will take on rival Mariusz Pudzianowski inside the octagon.

The pair are former strongmen and are scheduled to clash in a super-heavyweight MMA encounter. Hall was named the World's Strongest Man back in 2017, however, his upcoming rival has won the award five times throughout his career. 'The Beast,' 37, after a glittering career as a strongman, the Brit made the switch to combat sports.

He made his boxing debut back in 2022, taking on Thor Bjornsson in Dubai - but would go on to lose the clash on points. Hall then made the move to MMA and would go on to get the better of Neffati Brothers on his debut. That said, he faces a tough ask on Saturday night in Pudzianowski. The Polish fighter has 27 competitive MMA fighters under his belt - with 12 of his 17 wins coming by way of knockout. And so, here's everything you need to know about the event...

The blockbuster event is scheduled to take place at the Prezero Arena in Gliwice, Poland, on Saturday, April 26. The prelims are scheduled to get underway at around 5pm UK time (12pm ET / 11am CT / 9am PT). Hall is expected to make the walk to the cage first at around 9:45pm UK time (4:45pm ET / 3:45pm CT / 1:45pm PT) with Pudzianowski set to follow immediately after. The two stars will then touch gloves just after 10:00pm UK time before the first bell sounds. The fight should not start later than this but could be brought forward if the undercard fights are completed earlier than expected.
