Lately, it’s been difficult to avoid using the words “crunchy” and “fresh” in everything I write. That’s because during this time of year, I crave fresh, crunchy ingredients more than anything. ALDI’s Classic Coleslaw Mix comes in a 14-ounce bag and includes shredded green cabbage with a sprinkling of shredded carrots. These light, crunchy vegetables satisfy exactly what I’m craving this season and are easy to add to meals or eat on their own.

The size of the bag is ideal—big enough for a few servings but not too big that I have to worry about the vegetables going bad before I’m able to use them all. Since the cabbage and carrots are pre-shredded, I love that I don’t have to get out a cutting board to incorporate these vegetables into my meals.
