10 Most Reliable Turbocharged Cars On The Market
May 2, 2025
Forced induction, and especially turbocharging, is a great way to extract serious power from a smaller engine or get supercar-worthy performance from a larger one. Even if you consider downsides such as turbo lag or the less engaging driving experience with power being available all throughout the torque band, the sheer amount of power and low-end torque turbos provide make them worth buying over NA cars. Add to that superior fuel economy and lower carbon footprint, and it's no wonder most performance cars nowadays are strictly turbocharged . But, unfortunately, not all of them are reliable.
That's not surprising, as with a turbocharger, there are more things that can go wrong. Turbocharging puts more stress on engine internals, making proper maintenance that much more important, and not to mention that poorly-managed boost can cause engines to blow up pretty quickly. Still, technology has come a very long way, and plenty of turbocharged cars are now just as reliable as their naturally aspirated counterparts – and this goes for , too.
With this in mind, we've compiled a list of the most cars fitted with turbochargers on the market in 2025. You may notice a bit of a theme as we go further down this list, and it's one that probably shouldn't surprise you.
