A wave of tributes have been left for people from Plymouth or those with links to the city who have died recently. The heartfelt messages appeared in the funeral notices section of PlymouthLive's sister title, The Herald, with 16 funeral notices left for people who either lived in the city, or had links to it and have died recently.

The messages, placed between April 26 and May 2, provide comfort to the loved ones of those either lost or being celebrated. There was also one birthday memoriam.
