The first Monday of May has arrived, and with it, the dazzling spectacle that is MET Gala. Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief, Anna Wintour, takes up the task of curating the list of invitees every year.

Unfortunately for some stars, their behaviour has landed them on the list of banned celebrities.

Melania and Donald Trump The current president of the United States was once a regular at the fashion event. However, during her appearance on The Late Late Show, Anna Wintour confirmed that Donald Trump is one person she’s never calling back to the prestigious event.

Ivanka Trump It seems like the entire Trump family is off the list. It’s worth noting that Ivanka stopped making an appearance at fashion’s biggest night since 2016, a year before Anna Wintour’s revelation.

Lili Reinhart The Riverdale actress used to be regular on the iconic red carpet till 2022. Following her controversial remarks on Kim Kardashian, where she publicly criticised the latter for her extreme diet to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s dress, she was not seen in the MET Gala.

Tim Gunn The celebrity fashion presenter and author was banned from the MET Gala following his remarks on Anna Wintour. He publicly acknowledged his “war” with her in an interview with E! Entertainment.
