Michael Strahan's colossal net worth after $15M divorce as FOX star eyes huge deal
May 6, 2025

Michael Strahan is considering a career move to franchise ownership, as the $65 million man eyes a deal to purchase a minority stake in his old team, the New York Giants

Michael Strahan may be putting his millions of dollars to work as the FOX NFL Sunday star considers a move to purchase a minority stake in his former team, the New York Giants.
Strahan is well-known for his roles on Good Morning America and FOX NFL Sunday, but he also spent 15 years as a defensive end for the Giants. The NFL icon won Super Bowl XLII, Defensive Player of the Year, and was also inducted into the Pro Football of Fame in 2014.
Strahan spent his entire NFL career with the Giants, and is the franchise's all-time sack leader with 141.5. As well as this, the defensive star is well-loved among the fanbase even almost two decades on from his retirement.
And he could endear himself further by investing heavily in their new-age squad. According to Spotrac, Strahan earned $76.4 million in contracts and bonuses across his entire career with the NFC East team.
Now, Celebrity Net Worth values the 53-year-old at $65M after his venture into broadcasting alongside Terry Bradshaw, Jimmy Johnson, and old foe Tom Brady.
This estimated net worth is an impressive number, considering the former NFL star was ordered to dish out $15M to his ex-wife Jean Muggli following a publicly awkward divorce. The couple were together from 1999 to 2006, conceiving daughters Isabella and Sophia, but their break-up was far from amicable.
