WE ALL KNOW the Met Gala red carpet is just the beginning. After the main event, there are a number of exclusive after-parties all across New York City, where the after-dark looks come out to play. And if there’s one silhouette that defined the 2025 Met Gala after-party circuit, it was the corseted mini dress. But no one wore it quite like Hunter Schafer.

After walking the red carpet in a multilayered black-and-white suit by Prada, Schafer slipped into an ivory corseted mini dress by rising Turkish-British designer Dilara Findikoglu.

Raw-edged and romantic, the look featured a boned bodice, shredded hemline, hints of silver, and delicate folds of fabric around the bust. She finished the look with a white ribbon in her hair, a white shoulder bag, and peep-toe Louboutin heels, keeping the look soft and ethereal.

Schafer wasn’t the only A-lister embracing the trend. Hailey Bieber also stepped out in a corseted mini – hers, a custom velvety champagne-hued dress by Findikoglu. She styled it with gold metallic peep-toe heels by Paris Texas and a crystal-studded clutch, offering a polished, high-glamour interpretation of the look.

It’s clear that Dilara Findikoglu was the designer of the night. The London-based creative dressed not only Schafer and Bieber, but also Kim Kardashian, who was spotted wearing a figure-hugging black design by the label at one of the evening’s exclusive after-party events.
