Netflix may look a little different the next time you log on to binge your favorite TV shows.
The streaming platform announced Wednesday it will be changing up the look of its interface to make things ore user friendly. Finding your next show or movie will be even easier, with improved recommendations personalized to your liking.
The redesign will roll out globally starting May 19, Netflix’s TUDUM reported. If you loved watching a Netflix original like The Lincoln Lawyer, the new season of You, or the newly added movie Heart Eyes, the new platform will make it easier to find similar stories.
The new features include:
Simpler navigation
There will be more short cuts to shows, movies, games, search and the My Netflix section. Those categories will now be located at the top of the screen so they are always accessible.
Responsive recommendations
Instead of scrolling through individual pre-made sections, viewers can now get suggestions in real time based on the title they are looking at. For example, if your remote pauses on a romantic comedy, there will immediately be suggestions for more romantic comedies.
Your homepage will also respond to your viewing and browsing history, giving you ideas for your next watch.
