Stacey Solomon's sister Jemma has hit out at the TV Baftas after her sibling missed out on winning two gongs at the prestigious ceremony
Stacey Solomon's sister, Jemma, has hit out after her sibling suffered a huge blow at the recent 2025 Bafta Television Awards.
Stacey's show, Sort Your Life Out, failed to win an award, while the star herself also missed out on a solo gong, and Jemma voiced her disappointment, which came after Stacey expressed her own "devastation" to her fans.
Jemma, 37, had joined Stacey, 35, at the Baftas on Sunday (May 11) and was in the audience when the popular BBC series, which started airing in 2021, lost out in the Factual Entertainment category to Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour, while Stacey missed out in the entertainment performance award to Joe Lycett for his Channel 4 show Late Night Lycett on Channel 4,
Jemma later posted a photo of herself and Stacey at the glamorous London event, criticising the Academy and suggesting that the public would have chosen differently, the Mirror reports.
She wrote: "You may not have won but you should be proud of everything you have achieved. If only it were a public vote I think things would have been a little different.... Just saying."
Jemma also shared an inspiring quote about "losers", adding: "Love this!" It was on Monday (May 12) morning when Stacey, a former X Factor contestant, took to Instagram to express her disappointment about missing out on a Bafta.
