BTS members are gradually preparing for their military discharge. In the meantime, Jin is making sure fans stay connected and excited. Recently, he hosted a special fan meet event titled Hi Touch to promote his second solo album, Echo.

At the event, fans were given the rare opportunity to high-five Jin and share a personal moment with him. Before the meet began, the singer gently reminded everyone to respect his personal space, requesting that no one grab or hold him, as it could cause discomfort. He also asked fans to take photos only from their seats, joking that close-up videos might make him look “ugly." Once the crowd agreed, Jin thanked the ARMY warmly and began meeting fans one by one, creating memories that will surely last a lifetime.

As per the videos circulating online from the event, Jin says, “Everyone, now we’re going to do the Hi-Touch event. If you grab my hand, it hurts, so just a light touch, please. For the foreigners, please don’t grab, just touch, please. It’s okay if you take photos or videos of me from your seats, but if you bring your phones when you come in to do Hi-Touch, I’ll look really ugly. I also get stressed when I see things like that."
