Delicious Biscoff traybake recipe

Requiring just three ingredients (that's right, three), this Biscoff traybake couldn't be simpler to make.
By adding an egg and baking powder to a jar of Biscoff creates a sumptuous batter that can be spooned into a baking tray and cooked for 20 minutes. It may be magic, but we're certainly not complaining!
Leave it to cool before slicing into 16 delicious squares. It'll take some willpower, but the wait will be more than worth it.

Ingredients

400g
jar Lotus Biscoff Spread, plus 5 tbsp extra to decorate
3
medium eggs
2tsp.
baking powder

Directions

Step 1Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4. Line a 20.5cm (8in) square tin with baking parchment. Scoop all of the Biscoff out of one jar into a bowl, add eggs and baking powder. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
Step 2Scrape into the lined tin and bake for 18-20min, until just set. Leave to cool for 10min in tin, then evenly spread over the extra 5tbsp Biscoff. Leave to cool before cutting into squares.
