The Straw Hat Pirates of have a "theme" when it comes to their designs. When it comes to Nico Robin, the archeologist and resident loremaster, the theme is "elegance." She is already one of the more mature crewmates, both in looks and in personality, but her outfits throughout the series have only exaggerated that fact. From her beautiful yukata in Wano to her iconic cowboy hat that marked her time as part of Sir Crocodile's crew, Nico Robin's outfits span a wide variety, but all carry the same tasteful style.

One Piece loves to outfit its characters in flashy and fancy threads that change with each arc and season, allowing the series to stay fresh where many others have faltered. Whenever Nico Robin appears for a new arc, she always looks extremely fashionable, thanks to the talents of Eiichiro Oda.
