Nairobi, Kenya – The highly anticipated Nairobi City Marathon is set to take place on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Thousands of participants are expected to gather for this premier road running event, which is a significant fixture in the nation's sporting calendar.

The marathon route will once again utilize the magnificent Nairobi Expressway. This modern infrastructure is known to offer a fast and relatively flat course, favored by many runners aiming for personal bests.

Four distinct race categories will be contested. These include the full marathon (42km), a half marathon (21km), a 10km race, and a 4km fun run, ensuring participation for various fitness levels. Registration for some distances has already closed due to high demand.
