Critics called the sandals “girly,” “not hiking appropriate,” and even tried to shame Jayda for wearing flip-flops herself. Some even threw Loyal’s dad, rapper Lil Baby, into the mix—saying he should “step up” when it comes to his son’s style. But Jayda wasn’t here for any of it.

“When it comes to kids, I don’t even have the mental capacity to care… unless someone is in danger or something like that,” she said in a now-viral clip.
