Oct. 15, 2019
Residents have been warned of a possible threat to lives and homes from a bushfire in WA's Wheatbelt region.
A watch and act alert has been issued for people on or near Casserley Way, and surrounding streets in the southern part of Lancelin.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services said the fire started near the intersection of Casserley Way and Fisher Way, before increasing.
People should either leave or get ready to "actively defend", the service said.
