Symptoms Of Malaria And Its Prevention

Malaria is generally caused by the female mosquito. The malarial parasite lives in the gut of the female mosquito and when the mosquito bites a person it enters into the person blood.
It is know that malaria species is of 4 types. They are:
P. falciparum which is the most common and dangerous parasite.
P. vivax
P. Malaria
P. ovale
It is a blood borne disease when the mosquito bites a person it enters into the blood of the person and reaches the liver where the parasites are full grown and destroys the liver tissue in which the red blood cell production is present.
After entering into the red blood cells, it decrease the production of red blood cells. As malaria is a blood borne disease it also spreads through organ transplantation, blood transfusion and when a person shares the infected needle or syringes.
Risk factors for malaria are
Living with the people who has malaria or traveling with the people.
Traveling to the area where the malaria is common condition.
If a person got malaria and is not taking medicine to prevent malaria.
Moving in the open area where the mosquitoes are more.
Children below 5 years of age.
Patient with HIV
Pregnant women.
The Symptoms usually present are
Chills,fever.
Sweating.
Presence of dark urine.
Headache.
Cough.
Weight loss.
Diarrhea and hepatomegaly.
