Kenyan politics can be categorized in two; Dynasties who come from rich backgrounds and the hustlers who are people that started from scratch to make it life through struggle and hardwork.
The dynasties is comprised of leaders such as the former prime minister Raila Odinga, Francis Atwoli, Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka and Gedion Moi whereas the hustler nation is headed by the deputy president William Ruto.
The handshake between the President Uhuru-kenyatta and the former prime minister Raila Odinga caused sharp division within the ruling Jubilee party leadership as leaders allied to the deputy president Dr William Ruto felt that they were sidelined.
The pact between the President and the former prime minister lead to rebellion within the ruling Jubilee party which later resulted to displinary action against Ruto’s allies within the national assembly and the Senate.
Gatundu South Mp Moses Kuria and Ndindi Nyoro are among the leaders who have been working to popularize the deputy president Dr William Ruto.
On August 15, Moses Kuria posted on his Facebook page that it will be wrong for the Ruto to assume that the status quo will prevail. Which means that the Deputy president William Ruto Should prepare for the worst and not expect things to run as normal.
Below is Moses Kuria’s statement.
What ails Kenya ?
Lets admit we are all wrong
1. Uhuru is wrong to assume he can pull every one of us by the nose to his utopia of a nation
2. Raila is wrong to assume BBI is a panacea
3. Ruto is wrong to assume status quo will just prevail
4. Musalia, Kalonzo and Wetangula are wrong for assuming one can survive with just blowing with the wind
5. The Senators are wrong for assuming the division of revenue will fix Kenya
6. All of us are wrong to assume we can close our eyes and hide our heads like the proverbial ostrich Lets have a national discussion
