Diddy's $61.5M Beverly Hills mansion still unsold after 200 days... realtors explain mistake he is making
May 20, 2025
Sean 'Diddy' Combs was right about that whole mo' money mo' problems thing.
What was once his very own palace fit for a hip hop mogul has turned into a $61.5 million real estate headache that no one wants to touch — or even talk about — due to his now disgraced name.
The embattled rapper had quietly listed the palatial Los Angeles estate for a staggering $61.5 million just one week before he was arrested in September 2024.
Now, the 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion seems to be tainted by his scandal and has sat on the market for over 200 days.
When DailyMail.com reached Kurt Rappaport, the listing agent for Combs' mansion, by telephone, he said he was unable to speak.
'Unfortunately, I have no comment. Nothing,' he said before hanging up.
Another area real estate agent said: 'I wish I could help, but no agents want to touch that house or be in any stories related to the case or the listing.'
Nestled in the glitzy enclave of Holmby Hills, the estate features a 35-seat movie theater, a disco ball-inspired statue, a pool with a waterfall grotto, and a traditional pizza oven.
It also has perfectly manicured grounds, a guesthouse with a recording studio, a basketball court, and a fully decked out spa house.
Combs' ex, singer Cassie Ventura, did testify in court that his LA home wasn't the scene of his infamous 'freak offs'— multi-day sex and drug-fueled parties now being revealed through witnesses in court — it's likely the public is doing little to separate the estate from the scandal.
