Arsenal Fans Spotted What Guendouzi Did Against Watford-And They Are Not Happy
Sept. 16, 2019
Matteo Guendouzi decided to taunt the Watford supporters when being substituted in yesterdays match.
But it was the Arsenal star who was left red faced come full-time.
Withdrawn with the Gunners leading 2-1 thanks to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Guendouzi responded to the Hornets supporters giving him stick by making the '2-1' sign with his fingers.
Moments later David Luiz conceded a penalty and Watford were level as Roberto Pereyra made no mistake from 12 yards.
"Matteo is a very good example for how we can develop our young players, with new young players or the spirit within the players who are here now," Emery said.
"He started last year, at the beginning, with some doubts about his adaptation after he came from Lorient in the second division in France.
"He was very young, but his ambition and his wish to adapt very quickly, as well as his quality, were very good for us. He started playing and training with us, and after, his progress and development during the season was amazing.
