Liverpool team news: Predicted 4-3-3 line up vs Chelsea – Latest injury updates

Liverpool will remain without four first-team players when they return to Premier League action against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday (4.30pm).
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will have to cope without four key players as they look to maintain their perfect start to the season away at Chelsea.
The Reds are yet to drop a point after racking up five wins from their opening five matches of the season, including an impressive comeback against Newcastle last time out.
Liverpool are currently five points clear of reigning Premier League champions Manchester City but face a tough test this weekend against Frank Lampard’s youthful Chelsea side.
And Klopp’s side head into the match on the back of a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Napoli in their opening Champions League match of the season.
Andrew Robertson shrugged off a knock to play the full 90 minutes in Naples, but a number of players are still sidelined and unavailable this weekend.
Naby Keita is closest to full fitness, with the Guinea international expected back in training this week after picking up a hip injury last month.
However, the clash with the Blues is almost certain to come too soon for the midfielder while Alisson is also absent due to a calf problem sustained on the opening day of the season.
Divock Origi suffered an ankle injury in the first half of the 3-1 win over Newcastle last weekend and is expected to be out for another week or two.
Meanwhile, Nathaniel Clyne is a long-term absentee after suffering a cruciate ligament injury in pre-season.
Adrian will continue in goal while Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk are expected to line up alongside Robertson once more.
Fabinho was excellent against Napoli and should retain his spot in front of the back four while captain Jordan Henderson is also expected to start but Georginio Wijnaldum or Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could replace James Milner.
In attack, the usual forward line of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino will look to breach a Chelsea defence that has already conceded 11 goals this season.
Liverpool predicted line-up vs Chelsea – Premier League
(4-3-3): Adrian; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson; Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum; Salah, Mane, Firmino
